Moments of Inertia of Simple Bodies

This mode allows to calculate the moments of inertia of bodies of simple geometric shapes, as well as their volume and surface area(s). The available shapes are listed in the table below. The initial data should include the specific weight of the material (this parameter can be specified by selecting one of the materials from the database or by entering the explicit value if the OTHER MATERIAL option has been selected from the materials list). Moreover, depending on the selected shape, you have to specify the required geometric dimensions.
