As 2025 approaches, many users are nearing the end of their annual technical support period. 
This year, a new version of SCAD Office, v.23.1.1.3, has been released and is available to users of SCAD Office v.23.1.1.1. 
You can download it for free from our website. However, technical support for this version is only available if it is extended for the next year.
As part of technical support, we provide:

•   Access to new, refined, and updated versions of v.23.1.1.3; 
•   Consulting services on using SCAD Office; 
•   Expansion of the materials database, assortments, etc., upon user request.

The cost of technical support is 6,000 UAH per year for each workstation, regardless of the SCAD Office configuration.
Depending on the tax status of the users (VAT payer or not), VAT may be added to this cost.

R&D SCAD Soft Ltd., in collaboration with the KNUCA Institute of Structural Mechanics and the NAU Department of Construction Computer Technologies, plans to hold a symposium titled “Current Issues in the Design and Analysis of Building Structures” in mid-December. Due to the fact that Microsoft has discontinued Windows 7 support, SCAD Soft Ltd will no longer release SCAD Office compatible with Windows 7. 

Sales of a new SCAD Office satellite –  MAGNUM (analysis of load-bearing structural members from cold-formed profiles according to the codes) start on 1st October 2020. There will be some changes in the price list due to the release of this new application. A new price list comes into effect on 1st October 2020.

On the 4th September SCAD Soft will present a report “Features of the SCAD++ system for data exchange with BIM systems” on the seminar “BIM-technology for Designers, Surveyors and Managers” (within the international exhibition “InterStroyExpo”, St. Petersburg).

Due to the fact that Microsoft stops releasing 32-Bit Windows 10 builds for new PCs, SCAD Soft Ltd will no longer distribute 32-bit versions of SCAD Office.
